2) Don't humiliate them, discuss it out

Treat your people with respect, as you expect for yourself. When a problem occurs, it is highly unprofessional to vent out your anger, and your frustration on subordinates. The best way is to talk it out in a polite and professional manner.

3) It is all right to say sorry when you are wrong

"I am the boss!"
So, that doesn't signify you are allowed to commit errors and just forget them. Say sorry, when there is a need to apologize. Set example for your squad.

4) Respect your team’s time

5) Stop Micromanaging

It hinders employees learning and growth. Delegate the work, help them learn and give them space to do their job well.

6) Respect their personal time, unless it is an emergency

The heading says it all. Every employee has a personal life, relations, and issues. Don't bother your team members when they are on leave unless it is really important to disturb them.

7) Don't talk Bad about your seniors
